NOTICES

The Eminsons are leaving! Mark announced last Sunday that he has been appointed Team Rector of the Merton Priory Team Ministry in Southwark Diocese (subject to satisfactory completion of the necessary procedures). He and the family are very sorry to be going, but aren’t leaving just yet; it won’t be until the summer. God bless us all!

Today is our final biblical calling story: Lydia in the Acts of the Apostles. Do take the reading away for further reflection.

Holy Week sign-up sheets: do look at the noticeboard and sign up for various services and ministries during Holy Week and on Easter Day.

Friends of Pagham Parish Church AGM: today at 4 pm in St Andrew’s Chapel, followed by refreshments. All welcome.

Chrism Eucharist: Tuesday 16th, 12 noon at the Cathedral. See Bishop Martin’s invitation on the noticeboard – all welcome!

Stay and Play, Wednesday 17th, 11-1 pm at Pagham Church Centre, Nyetimber Lane. Easter crafts and refreshments (inc Hot Cross Buns!) – £1 donation per family. More information from Jenny Ellis (07798 555472). Helpers on the day would be appreciated.

Easter flowers: we aim to fill the church with flowers for Easter. We will decorate the church on Easter Eve, Saturday 20th, from 9.30 am. Please bring donations of greenery to church early that morning. Contact Trudi Kearsley (263597) to sponsor an arrangement, or contribute to the costs.

Pilgrimage to Romsey Abbey: for those who have signed up, we will have a meeting after the service on Palm Sunday to look at the plan. We will now be driving in cars (coach too expensive), so think about lift-sharing.

Health and Safety: because of safety concerns with the upstairs gallery, this part of the church will not be available for use until further notice.

Parish Administrator job is on offer at St Mary’s, Felpham. Do see Mark if you want more information.

Pray As You Go is a daily prayer session designed for an App on your phone or tablet – find out more at https://pray-as-you-go.org/home.

Advance notices!
