Christmas Fair: 10am – 1.00pm on Saturday 16th November. Donations for all the stalls are still needed – items for the tombola, Christmas decorations, unwanted gifts, fancy goods, jewellery, good quality toys, books, jigsaws, bric-a-brac etc. Please contact Trudi 263597/07703597353 if you have anything to donate or bring to the Church Centre on Friday evening. We also need lots and lots of cakes – large or small – please help.

We will be setting up the stalls and decorating the hall from 7.15pm on Friday evening – please come along and help – many hands really do make light work.

Please give us your support and try to come on the day. Father Christmas is due to arrive at noon.

Chichester Cathedral Tea and Evensong – Thursday 14 November 2013 – Will all who have signed to attend this event please meet for tea in Cloisters Cafe at 4.30pm followed at 5.30pm with Evensong. Our parish will be prayed for at both the 8am. Holy Communion Service and Evensong.

School Governor for Nyewood Infants – Anyone who might be interested in this important Christian ministry please see Mark for more details.

Men’s Group – Sat 30th Nov, 8pm, at The Inglenook.

Annual Memorial Service – Service on Sunday 17th November, 4pm, for families who have been bereaved in the past year or so. Any others are most welcome to attend. Whether you can or cannot come, do add names of loved-ones for whom you would like us to pray on the sheet at the back of church.

Church diaries 2014 – These are available in church. Do pick one up. There is no charge, but any donations are welcome.

Friends Chinese Night we made over £220, and a special thanks to the washer-upper and Alice and Benjamin for their-non-stop table waiting.

We give thanks to God that Gillian Purvis is now much better following her recent stroke. The Monday evening Prayer Group will now meet again at her home, 18 Old Place.

Parish Pastoral Care Course: Meeting after church on Sunday 1 December for all those who are interested in this course.

Advent – Tuesday 3rd December after the 7pm Eucharist any are welcome to an informal session on Advent and Christmas when you can ask the vicar any questions.

Walsingham 2014 – The parish visit to Walsingham has been booked from 9th to 13th June. Should you be interested in joining our pilgrimage, please add you name to the list which is on the white notice board in the South Aisle.
