Collect for the day:
Almighty God, in Christ you make all things new: transform the poverty of our nature by the riches of your grace, and in the renewal of our lives make known your heavenly glory; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Freewill offering booklets: For the coming year are now available for collection from the pigeon holes in Church.
Flood Defence: The situation on the beach is featured on Monday 18th January 7.30pm BBC1 Inside Out programme.
Coffee Morning: The Church Flower Team have been invited to participate in this year’s Chichester Cathedral Flower Festival (2nd – 4th June). To help them raise funds they are holding a Coffee Morning fundraiser on 19th January from 10am -12 noon at Janet Turner’s – 5 The Orchard, Aldwick Bay. For further details contact Trudi – 263597.
Open Gardens 2016: 18th/19th June (date to be confirmed); the organising committee are meeting at 8.00pm on 29th January at the Church Centre to discuss and plan this year’s event. If you would like to be involved, or would be willing to open your garden, please join them – or contact David Smith 263560 for further details.
Pagham Concert Series: The first concert entitled Cross Currents – The Best of Nations featuring Sophie Middleditch and Helen Hooker – Recorders, Lynden Cranham – Baroque Cello and David Pollock – Harpsichord will be held on Saturday 30th January 2016 at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from Andrew Naylor in church, on the door or by phoning 07758 657775. Ticket prices are £12.50 or £10 for concessions.
Grave Talk: After a very successful pilot event we are holding another one on Tuesday 2nd February at 7.45pm in St Andrew’s Chapel. Do try this out or indeed come again and feel free to sign up on the noticeboard to say you are coming.
Aaron Frith: Aaron is a singer/song writer who has produced a new EP reflecting on the beauty of God in the brokenness of our lives. He is coming to Pagham on Sunday 7th February at 7pm in St Andrew’s Chapel to do a jazz cafe style gig in our very own chapel. He will perform his new songs and share a little of his journey with God whilst we share a glass of wine and a few snacks. This will be an interesting and compelling evening with some good contemporary Christian music and food for thought. Sign up on the board or on Facebook as space is limited to about 25.
Confirmation: There is a Confirmation at the Cathedral on 19th June. If you are interested in being part of a group exploring and working towards this please speak to Mark or Jo. We will begin to meet during Lent.
