Collect for the day: Grant, we beseech you, merciful Lord, to your faithful people pardon and peace, that they may be cleansed from all their sins and serve you with a quiet mind; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.
Amen.

2016 Link to Hope Shoebox Appeal: This year’s leaflets are available at the back of church – boxes for family of elderly. Filled boxes need to be returned to church by Sunday 6th November. If you feel that you are unable to fill a whole box, but would like to help, perhaps you could supply some of the items or money towards the transport costs. Bishop Luffa applications for September 2017 – any parent who wishes to apply for their child to attend Bishop Luffa School next year needs to make an appointment with Mark please.
Parish Pilgrimage 2017: We are proposing to go to Launde Abbey in Leicestershire for a few nights at the end of May next year. Do sign up on the sheet on the noticeboard if you might be interested. It should be a blessed time of prayer, worship, food and drink, friendship and days out.
